What's included with a paid Trustee roadside service

With a completed paid Trustee roadside service only. No standalone free tire-inspection or air-fill dispatch.

When a Trustee technician completes a paid roadside service, they can also take a quick look at your four mounted tires, measure the pressure, and add air to the vehicle manufacturer's recommended pressure — where it is safe, accessible and compatible with our equipment. There is no extra charge for this courtesy check.

What the tire courtesy check covers

• A quick visual look at the four mounted tires that the technician can safely reach.
• Tire pressure (PSI) measured on each accessible tire.
• Air added as needed, up to the vehicle manufacturer's recommended cold pressure shown on the door-jamb placard or in the owner's manual — never the MAX number on the tire sidewall.
• For EVs and Teslas, the manufacturer's recommended placard pressure is used, and the technician may note that readings change with tire temperature.

What it does not cover

• Only offered together with a completed paid Trustee roadside service. We do not dispatch for a free tire check or air fill on its own.
• It is a courtesy check, not a formal safety inspection, mechanical inspection or certification.
• It does not include tire repair, puncture plugs, tire replacement or a spare-tire change — those are separate paid services, quoted first.
• If a tire looks unsafe to inflate (for example sidewall damage, bulges, cords showing or a tire off the rim), the technician will not inflate it and will explain why.
• On highway shoulders, in tight spaces, or where a wheel is blocked, some or all tires may not be checked.
• There is no extra charge for the courtesy check, and it is not added into your service price. Your service is still quoted personally before dispatch.
