Tesla emergency charging in Atlanta
Tesla drivers usually call for one of two reasons: the car has stopped with nothing left in the pack, or the remaining range is not enough to make it to the nearest Supercharger with Atlanta traffic in the way. Both are situations where mobile Tesla charging can be the difference between driving away and paying for transport.
We service Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck. Charging capability, connector fit and vehicle condition are confirmed on the phone before dispatch.
Common Tesla roadside situations around Metro Atlanta
- Tesla battery reached 0% and the car will not drive
- Tesla cannot reach the nearest Supercharger or destination charger
- Tesla parked on an upper level of a downtown or Midtown parking deck
- Tesla stuck at a hotel with no available charging
- Tesla left at an airport-area parking facility and returned to empty
- Tesla at an apartment complex without charging infrastructure
- Charge port will not open or will not latch
- Center screen or vehicle systems not responding
- Vehicle will not wake from sleep
High-voltage pack vs. low-voltage battery
A Tesla that shows nothing at all — no screen, no door handle response, no charge port release — is often not an empty traction pack. It is frequently a low-voltage battery problem. In that case the car cannot wake up to accept a charge, so adding energy to the high-voltage pack is not the first step.
Tell us what the car is actually doing: does the screen light up, do the handles present, does the app connect, does the charge port open? Those details change what equipment gets loaded on the truck.
Mobile charging versus transport
Mobile charging is the right call when the car is otherwise healthy and simply out of energy. It is the wrong call when the vehicle has a fault that prevents charging, when it cannot be safely accessed, or when the drive system itself has failed.
Not every dead Tesla can simply be charged. If the vehicle will not accept a charge on scene, the realistic next step is a Tesla service center or transport, and we will say so.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my Tesla reaches 0%?
The car stops driving and eventually goes into a deep low-power state. In many cases mobile charging can add enough energy to reach a Supercharger. If the low-voltage system has also gone flat, the vehicle may not wake up to accept a charge until that is addressed.
Can you charge a Tesla in a parking garage in Atlanta?
Often yes, when the service vehicle can reach the level, ceiling clearance allows it and the property permits the work. Tell us the garage, the level and the nearest entrance when you call.
Is mobile Tesla charging the same as Tesla Roadside Assistance?
No. Trustee Roadside Assistance is an independent Atlanta roadside service company and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. We provide mobile charging and roadside services for Tesla vehicles alongside other makes.
How much charge will you add to my Tesla?
We do not guarantee a specific percentage or range figure. The goal is enough usable energy to reach a charging station, depending on the vehicle, conditions and time on scene.
What is the free tire check, and who gets it?
With a completed paid Trustee roadside service only, the technician can take a quick visual look at your four mounted tires, check PSI and add air to the manufacturer's recommended pressure, where safe and accessible. There's no extra charge for it. It is not a standalone service, not a formal inspection, and doesn't include tire repair or replacement.
