Mobile jumpstarts anywhere in Metro Atlanta
A dead 12V battery is the classic Monday-morning roadside call: the car was fine last night and today it will not crank. We bring jumpstart equipment to the vehicle so you are not pushing it, flagging down strangers in a parking deck, or waiting on a tow for a five-minute problem.
Vehicles we jumpstart
- Cars and sedans
- SUVs and crossovers
- Pickup trucks
- Hybrid vehicles, where the 12V battery is accessible
- Electric vehicles' low-voltage systems, where the vehicle design allows it
Symptoms of a dead 12V battery
- A single click or rapid clicking when you turn the key or press start
- Headlights and interior lights are dim or fade as you crank
- The engine will not turn over at all
- The dashboard does not power up, or warning lights flicker and drop out
- Accessories such as the radio work, but the engine will not start
- In an EV: the car will not unlock, wake, shift or open the charge port even with charge in the pack
A successful jumpstart is not a diagnosis
Getting the engine running proves the starter turned. It does not prove the battery is healthy or that the charging system is working. A battery that failed once will usually fail again, often at a worse time.
After a jumpstart, drive the vehicle and have the battery, alternator and charging system tested. If the vehicle dies again within a short time, the problem is likely the battery itself, the alternator, or a parasitic drain — not something a second jumpstart will fix.
Electric vehicles with a depleted traction battery
If an electric vehicle has plenty of 12V power but the high-voltage pack is empty, a jumpstart will not help — the car needs energy in the traction battery. That is a different service. See mobile EV charging in Atlanta for that situation, and EV low-voltage battery help when the 12V system is the problem.

Frequently asked questions
Can you jumpstart my car at my apartment or office parking deck?
Yes, as long as the service vehicle can reach the vehicle and the property allows the work. Give us the level and nearest entrance when you call.
Will a jumpstart fix my battery?
No. A jumpstart gets the vehicle running. It does not repair a failing battery, alternator or charging system. Have the battery and charging system tested afterward.
Can you jumpstart an electric vehicle?
An EV's 12V/low-voltage system can sometimes be assisted, depending on the vehicle's design and terminal access. An empty high-voltage traction battery requires mobile EV charging instead.
What if the car still will not start after a jumpstart?
Then the problem is not simply a discharged battery. It could be the starter, the ignition system, a fuel issue or a security fault. At that point the vehicle needs a shop.
What is the free tire check, and who gets it?
With a completed paid Trustee roadside service only, the technician can take a quick visual look at your four mounted tires, check PSI and add air to the manufacturer's recommended pressure, where safe and accessible. There's no extra charge for it. It is not a standalone service, not a formal inspection, and doesn't include tire repair or replacement.
