These terms apply to the use of this website and to service requests submitted through it.
Requests are not confirmed dispatches
Submitting the form on this site is a request for service. A service call is confirmed when we contact you and agree to dispatch. If you are stranded in an unsafe location, call 478-202-3221 rather than waiting on a form.
Dispatch authorization
I authorize Trustee Roadside Assistance to dispatch a roadside service provider to the location I provided. I understand that dispatch, travel, equipment use and service charges may apply and that dispatch/service charges may become non-refundable once dispatch or service begins, subject to applicable law.
Pricing
Pricing varies based on service type, distance, vehicle, location, accessibility and service conditions. Call 478-202-3221 for a current quote.
Arrival times
Arrival time depends on the technician's location, Atlanta traffic, distance, road conditions and current call volume. Call 478-202-3221 for the current estimated arrival time.
Service limits
- Roadside service is performed only where the location and conditions allow it to be done safely.
- Some situations cannot be resolved on the roadside and require a shop, a locksmith, a tow or emergency services. We will say so.
- Mobile EV charging adds energy toward reaching a charging station. It is not a substitute for a full charging session and is subject to vehicle compatibility.
- A tire change requires a usable spare and the vehicle's jacking hardware to be present.
- Lockout service requires proof that the vehicle belongs to the person requesting service.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If there is a crash, injury, fire, or a person or pet locked in a vehicle, call 911 first.
Independence
Trustee Roadside Assistance is an independent roadside service company and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used only to describe the vehicles we service.
