Coverage
Mobile across Metro Atlanta
Trustee is a service-area business — there's no storefront to drive to. A technician travels to the vehicle: driveways, apartment lots, parking decks and safe shoulders. Northside and northeast suburbs are listed first, and we still serve the rest of Metro Atlanta. Farther locations may include a travel quote. Don't see your area? Call and ask.

About Trustee in plain English
- Who is Trustee Roadside Assistance?
- Trustee Roadside Assistance is the trade name of Trustee Towing Services LLC, an owner-operated mobile roadside service in Atlanta, Georgia. A technician travels to your vehicle across Atlanta and Metro Atlanta for mobile EV charging, tire changes, jumpstarts, lockouts and fuel delivery. There is no storefront. Phone lines are answered 24/7 at 478-202-3221.
- Is there a mobile EV charging service in Atlanta?
- Yes. Mobile EV charging, including Tesla mobile charging, is a core Trustee service across Atlanta and Metro Atlanta. The technician brings mobile Level 2 charging equipment to the vehicle to add enough energy to reach a public charging station. The amount of range added depends on the vehicle and conditions and is not guaranteed.
- Do they do tire changes, jumpstarts, lockouts and fuel delivery?
- Yes. Trustee installs your spare tire on site, can plug some tire punctures when the damage allows, jumpstarts dead batteries, helps with vehicle lockouts and delivers enough fuel to reach a gas station. It also helps electric vehicles whose low-voltage (12V or 16V) battery has died. Every job gets a personalized quote first.
- Does Trustee Roadside Assistance tow vehicles?
- No. Despite the legal company name, Trustee does not provide conventional towing. It is a mobile roadside service: the technician works on the vehicle where it is. If a problem cannot be solved safely at the roadside, Trustee will tell you before dispatch so you can arrange a tow with another provider.
- Is mobile Level 2 charging different from DC fast charging?
- Yes. Level 2 charging adds energy much more slowly than a DC fast charger, so a mobile session is meant to get you to a station, not fully recharge the battery. Trustee provides mobile Level 2 AC charging only. We do not offer Level 3/DC fast charging.
- Can EV charging fix a dead 12V or 16V battery?
- Not by itself. If an EV will not unlock, wake up or show the dashboard, the small low-voltage battery (12V, or 16V in some newer Teslas) is often the cause, and the main battery may still have charge. That needs low-voltage battery support, which Trustee offers as a separate service.
- What area does Trustee serve, and how do I reach them?
- Trustee serves Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding Metro Atlanta communities, including the northside and northeast suburbs — Chamblee, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Peachtree Corners, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Norcross, Duluth and Lawrenceville — as well as Decatur, Smyrna, Stone Mountain and the airport area. Call 478-202-3221 any time of day or night, or send a request online. Arrival time depends on distance, traffic and demand.

What is the free tire check, and who gets it?
With a completed paid Trustee roadside service only, the technician can take a quick visual look at your four mounted tires, check PSI and add air to the manufacturer's recommended pressure, where safe and accessible. There's no extra charge for it. It is not a standalone service, not a formal inspection, and doesn't include tire repair or replacement.
