This notice explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It is written by Trustee Roadside Assistance and describes this site only.
Information you give us
When you submit a roadside request, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, optional email address, the service you need, vehicle details, the description of your situation, and any address or access notes.
Location information
The "Share My Location" button uses your browser's geolocation feature and only runs when you tap it. Your coordinates are held in the page until you submit the request, and are sent to us only as part of that submission. You can remove a captured location before submitting, and you can decline location sharing entirely and type an address instead. We do not track your location in the background.
How we use it
- To contact you about your service request.
- To find your vehicle and dispatch a technician.
- To keep a record of the service call.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Submitted requests are stored in our service database and are readable only by authorized Trustee Roadside Assistance staff accounts.
Calls and messages
When you call 478-202-3221, your carrier connects the call and standard carrier rates and records apply. If you provide a phone number in the form, we may call or text you about that request.
Analytics
This Lovable website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure public page visits and actions such as call-button taps and successful request submissions. A call-button tap does not tell us whether a call connected. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as browser and device details and your IP address as part of the connection.
Our tracking events do not send your name, phone number, email, GPS coordinates, vehicle details, notes or request contents. Page addresses sent by our tracking exclude query strings and fragments. We do not measure the sign-in or staff dashboard pages, and we disable Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in our configuration.
This site currently has no analytics consent banner. You can restrict cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This notice does not claim that a consent process has been verified for every visitor's jurisdiction.
Questions or removal requests
Call 478-202-3221 to ask what information we hold about a service request or to ask that it be deleted, subject to any records we are required to keep.
